Profile of the Organization The National Center for Parents as Teachers believes all children can succeed and are born to learn. We invest in children from the beginning by helping parents realize the important role they play in their child’s development. The National Center for Parents as Teachers is the backbone of the largest parent education program in the nation, developing curricula and training parent educators to support young families across the nation and around the world. 2010 Conference Theme The theme of this year’s conference will be “Growing the Early Childhood Community”. The focus will be on what Parents as Teachers does well, and how we can continue to provide excellent education to parents and families so that we can continue to serve future generations.
