Wanted: Friends of Exchange
October 11, 2006
But it's not just learning things that's important. It's learning what to do with what you learn and learning why you learn things at all that matters.
-Norton Juster, The Phantom Tollbooth

Even though Exchange has been serving the early childhood field for three decades, there are still large numbers of early childhood professionals who have never heard about our resources for directors, teachers, and family child care providers.  We are looking for friends of Exchange, those of you who appreciate our magazine, books, training kits, and World Forum activities, to spread the word about Exchange.

We have recently unveiled the Exchange Promotion Desk, where you can go online to order Exchange promotional materials to hand out at conferences, meetings, or on a one-to-one basis. If you want to be a friend of Exchange, check out the Promotion Desk!

Maybe there are new
opportunities to partner with NAEYC now that Ann Mitchell is President. She's working toward a new
NAEYC policy initiative on Workforce Development in ECE.
Maybe they would be
willing to co-sponsor a series of articles on that.

I just wanted to let you know that I think the Promotion Desk is a wonderful idea! As a Consultant, I always mention Exchange at my trainings.

Now, I'll be able to hand out information & certificates for free Exchange Everyday directly from you. I especially love the sign-up sheet which will allow me to provide the service for them.

KUDOS!

Sincerely,
Mary Jo Fortes
A long-time friend of Exchange
