Your Feedback on Your Well-Being and Working Conditions
November 4, 2022
Treat people as though they were what they ought to be and you help them become what they are capable of being.
-Goethe

Today we pass along an opportunity to share your views with the Happy Teacher Research Team at the University of Oklahoma. When the research is completed, we'll share the findings with you.

Hi, Early Childhood Teachers,

We are the Happy Teacher Research Team at the University of Oklahoma and we are conducting a research study to better understand and improve early childhood teachers’ working conditions and well-being [OU-NC IRB # 14593]. This project is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Please Complete an Online Survey on ECE Teachers in the U.S!

Eligibility: Any early childhood teacher who works full time in a classroom with children ages 0 through 5 (including pre-K and kindergarten teachers) in one of the following settings: child care center, preschool, Head Start program, public school, or private school. To participate, you will complete a survey in which we ask questions about your well-being, your working conditions, and your work. The survey will take about 25 minutes of your time. After you complete the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card. If you are an administrator who has passed this along to teachers, or if you have previously completed this survey (in summer 2022), please disregard this!
