WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP RETREAT

The Child Welfare League of America (CWLA) will host its Sixth Annual Women in Leadership Retreat on January 6-8, 2003 in San Diego, California. This years conference, entitled "Visionary Leadership: A Woman's Perspective," springs from a concern that "many of our profession's finest female leaders will be retiring in the next three to five year's." The topics to be addressed in the retreat include: "Partners in Leadership: A Peer Mentoring Opportunity, Take Charge of Your Career: Strategies that Support Women in the Workplace, Building Strengths from the Inside Out, and Orienteering: Finding the Path to Leadership.
