Head Start Advantage

In a Huffington Post article, Yasmina Vinci, Executive Director of the National Head Start Association, writes, "Metric after metric, report after report, researchers continue to find that Head Start provides high quality early learning opportunities to America’s poorest children. Faced with the enormous task of providing comprehensive, educational and two-generational services to our nation’s most vulnerable children, Head Start programs across the country continue to use creativity and innovation to meet and exceed expectations."
